Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds for any quality-related issues within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our products.
Can I return my order?
Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Just email us at elianajewels.pk@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you. Any returning-costs are the customer's own responsibility.
You can return the jewelry up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn.
Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, please contact us at elianajewels.pk@gmail.com for a refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
When will I get my order?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), and most are delivered within 3–5 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you provide nationwide delivery?
Yes, we ship across Pakistan.
I have made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?

What kind of jewelry Eliana sell?
Our most articles are made up of stainless steel. We also have alloy and brass jewelry.
Do you offer nickel-free jewelry?
We get our jewelry from hundreds of suppliers all over the world. The majority of our jewelry is nickel-free, but it is not guaranteed unless stated explicitly in the item description. However, many cases of allergic reactions are actually caused by the cleaning solutions used rather than the metal. Safely check a cleanser by dabbing a q-tip into it and testing a small area on your skin.
Is stainless steel good for everyday wear?
Stainless steel is durable - You can wear it every day and keep doing all your normal and heavy duty tasks without worrying about damaging the Jewelries. Stainless steel Jewelries will take all the onus and wear & tear of daily use.
Does stainless steel jewelry turn green?
Stainless steel is durable and resists corrosion and oxidation. Our jewelry will not rust, tarnish, or turn your skin green, even if worn daily. More reasons why Stainless Steel is the best. Unlike many other metals, these are safe to wear and no harm will come if you wear stainless steel for life.

How I care for sterling jewelry?
Sterling jewelry loses its shine and luster overtime if not properly cared for or if it remains too much exposed in open air. While going for a quick polish is definitely an easy option to restore and retain the value of your sterling jewelry, paying less attention to sterling jewelry should be avoided to extend its useful life.
